Keys to Victory - Targeting What has become the most critical part of a campaign? Many would say fundraising, and they would be wrong. Some would say getting out your vote, and they too would be wrong. While both those are very important to all campaigns, targeting is the critical aspect of a winning campaign. Targeting is a part of every facet of a campaign—messaging, fundraising, direct mailing, canvassing, phone banking, etc. Targeting allows a campaign to get the most bang for a buck. You are not wasting valuable time or money on voters that either are not going to vote at all or are not going to vote for you. You are also not sending the wrong message to the wrong voters. Instead, everything you drop off, mail, or hand out is going where it needs to go. Boehm Consulting will provide you with precision targeting services. We will first identify your voter base and develop a strategy to groom and maintain that base. We will then target the voting blocs that you will need to win, and build a strategy to reach out and win over these crucial votes. |
